AI Limitations & Human Review

Modern AI systems are useful, but they are not infallible. This page describes the limitations professionals should keep in mind.

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. AI systems may hallucinate

Large language models can produce confident, plausible-sounding statements that are factually wrong — including invented sources, citations, statutes, prices, and quotations. Always verify facts independently.

2. AI may misunderstand context

Models lack lived experience and may miss nuance, sarcasm, regional norms, organizational politics, or specialized professional context.

3. AI may omit information

An output may be technically correct yet incomplete in ways that matter for your decision. Treat outputs as starting points, not exhaustive analyses.

4. AI requires human review

Every output used in professional work must be reviewed and refined by a qualified human. The platform is designed to assist that review, not to replace it.

5. You remain responsible

Users remain responsible for all professional decisions, communications, deliverables, and outcomes resulting from AI-assisted work.
