Prompt Ownership Policy
This policy describes who owns what when you write, save, share, or publish prompts on PromptsForMyJob.com.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. You own your original prompts
Users retain all rights to original prompts and prompt sequences they create. We do not claim ownership of your authored content.
2. Limited operational license
To deliver the service you request — storing, displaying, syncing, exporting, sharing, or running — you grant PromptsForMyJob.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your prompts solely to provide those operations. This license terminates when you delete the content, subject to backups and legal retention obligations.
3. Marketplace and publishing
If you publish prompts to a public marketplace, listing, or shared workspace, you grant the platform and downstream users the rights necessary to display, search, and use those prompts in line with the marketplace terms in effect at the time of publication.
4. Platform-authored libraries
Prompt libraries, templates, packs, and educational content authored or curated by PromptsForMyJob.com remain the intellectual property of Relationale LLC and its licensors. Personal and professional use is permitted under our Terms of Use; redistribution, resale, and large-scale scraping are not.
5. Outputs
AI-generated outputs produced from your prompts are governed by the terms of the third-party AI provider you use, applicable law, and your own professional obligations.
