Responsible AI Charter
PromptsForMyJob.com is an educational AI productivity platform. This Charter sets the principles that guide every prompt library, workflow tool, and product decision we ship.

1. Transparency
We disclose where and how AI is used across the platform, how our prompt libraries are built, and how our recommendations are produced. We do not obscure AI involvement in any user-facing feature.
2. Accountability
Relationale LLC, founded by Keiron Brown, is the publisher and operator of PromptsForMyJob.com. We accept responsibility for the prompts we publish, the tools we ship, and the policies we apply, and we maintain a public corrections process for users to report issues.
3. Human oversight
AI augments human judgment; it does not replace it. Every prompt, output, and workflow on the platform is designed to be reviewed and refined by a competent human before being used in client-facing, regulated, or high-stakes work.
4. Privacy
We minimize personal data collection, protect what we collect, and educate users not to submit confidential or proprietary information into third-party AI systems unless authorized.
5. Fairness
We acknowledge AI systems can encode and amplify bias. We design prompts that encourage inclusive, balanced, and respectful language and we encourage human review of outputs that may affect people.
6. Safety
Prompts are designed to be safe for professional use, free from manipulative or deceptive techniques, and aligned with widely accepted workplace and ethical norms.
7. Responsible automation
We do not encourage fully automated decision-making in domains that materially affect employment, health, finances, legal status, or safety. Humans must remain in the loop.
8. Continuous improvement
AI capabilities and risks evolve quickly. We review this Charter, our prompt methodology, and our governance documents on an ongoing basis and update them as the field matures.
