Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of PromptsForMyJob.com (the “Platform”), operated by Relationale LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform.
2. Educational platform
PromptsForMyJob.com is an educational AI productivity platform. Prompts, libraries, tools, and content are provided for educational and professional productivity purposes. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, psychological, or other professional advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Standards. You agree not to misuse the Platform, infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or interfere with other users.
5. Workplace use and confidentiality
When using the Platform in connection with your employment, profession, or studies, you agree to comply with your employer's, regulator's, and institution's policies — including those concerning AI use, confidentiality, and data handling. You agree to follow our Confidential Information Policy.
6. AI-generated outputs
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated outputs. You acknowledge our AI Limitations & Human Review and AI Hallucination Awareness disclosures and agree to independently verify outputs before relying on them. You remain responsible for all professional decisions, communications, and deliverables resulting from your use of the Platform.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its prompt libraries, tools, code, designs, and educational content are owned by Relationale LLC and its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Our Prompt Ownership Policy describes the rights you retain in original prompts you create and the limited license you grant us to operate the service.
8. Third-party AI providers
The Platform may interoperate with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, xAI, Perplexity, and others). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Paid features and refunds
Some features, packs, or subscriptions may be paid. Pricing, billing, and refund terms are presented at the point of purchase and incorporated into these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law, or for the security of the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies referenced from them (including Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Standards, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution), constitute the entire agreement between you and Relationale LLC concerning the Platform.
