1. What to report

• Prompts that no longer work as intended
• Inaccurate or outdated information
• Outdated AI guidance (e.g. model behavior has changed)
• Broken links, layout issues, or accessibility problems
• Suggested improvements to existing prompts or libraries

2. How to report

Submit reports via the contact page. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, the model you were using (if relevant), and any suggested fix.

3. How we respond

Reports are reviewed by our editorial team. Confirmed issues are corrected and, where material, noted with an updated date. Suggested improvements are reviewed against our Prompt Quality Standards.

4. Time to respond

We aim to acknowledge reports within a reasonable timeframe and to address material accuracy issues promptly. Complex updates may take longer.
