Prompt Quality Standards

Every prompt published in our libraries is reviewed against the standards below.

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Clarity

Each prompt states its purpose, the role the AI should adopt, the inputs required, and the format of the expected output. Ambiguity is removed wherever possible.

2. Practicality

Prompts solve real tasks professionals encounter in real workdays — drafting emails, planning lessons, summarizing meetings, structuring reports, preparing for conversations.

3. Workplace usefulness

Prompts are designed to integrate into actual workflows, not to perform impressive demos. Outputs should save time or improve quality.

4. Reproducibility

Prompts are written to produce consistent, on-topic, professionally usable results across the major AI systems we test on.

5. Safety

Prompts avoid manipulative tactics, sensitive personal data, regulated decision-making, and uses that would be inappropriate in a professional setting.
