Dispute Resolution
This dispute resolution clause is part of and incorporated into the PromptsForMyJob.com Terms of Use.

1. Informal resolution first
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the user agrees to contact Relationale LLC via the contact page and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
2. Governing law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with use of PromptsForMyJob.com are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
3. Venue
To the extent that a dispute is not resolved informally and is not subject to binding arbitration where required by law, the user agrees that the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and the user consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
4. Class action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute shall be brought in the user's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
5. Time to bring a claim
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be permanently barred.
6. Severability
If any portion of this clause is held to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
