1. Scope
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, PromptsForMyJob.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (the “Protected Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the user's misuse of the platform, prompts, libraries, or tools; (b) the user's violation of these Terms of Use or any policy referenced from them; (c) the user's violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) the user's infringement or misappropriation of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual right; (e) content the user submits, publishes, or shares through the platform; or (f) decisions the user makes in reliance on AI-generated outputs.
2. Control of defense
The Protected Parties may, at their option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user. The user agrees to cooperate in good faith with the defense of any such claim.
3. No settlement without consent
The user may not settle any claim subject to indemnification without the prior written consent of the Protected Parties, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
4. Survival
This indemnification survives termination of the user's account and termination or expiration of the Terms of Use.
