Limitation of Liability

1. No professional advice
PromptsForMyJob.com provides educational AI productivity resources. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, psychological, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
2. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, PromptsForMyJob.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (the “Protected Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with: (a) use of, or inability to use, the platform; (b) prompts, templates, libraries, tools, or other content; (c) AI-generated outputs produced through use of the platform; (d) workplace, employment, business, educational, or personal decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs; or (e) third-party services or AI systems accessed through or in connection with the platform.
3. Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Protected Parties for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount paid by the user to PromptsForMyJob.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
4. Allocation of risk
The user acknowledges that the limitations in this section are a fundamental basis of the bargain between the user and the Protected Parties and that the platform would not be provided on the terms offered without these limitations.
5. Jurisdictional limits
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the Protected Parties' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
