Platform Methodology
This page describes how PromptsForMyJob.com is built — the choices behind our professions, libraries, tooling, and updates.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Profession selection
We prioritize professions where professionals routinely write, communicate, summarize, plan, analyze, or document — and where AI assistance can save meaningful time with reasonable safety.
2. Library structure
Each profession library is organized around the recurring tasks of that role, not arbitrary categories. We aim for libraries a working professional can scan and use within minutes.
3. Prompt construction
Prompts use a context-engineering approach: explicit role, situation, inputs, constraints, format, and review steps. See our AI Prompt Methodology page for details.
4. Testing
Prompts are run on multiple frontier AI systems during development. We tune for portability, clarity, and reproducibility.
5. Editorial review
Libraries and educational pages are reviewed by humans before publication and revised when corrections or improvements are reported.
6. Improvement loop
User-reported issues, observed model drift, new model releases, and changes in best practice feed back into our libraries on an ongoing basis.
